M Private Residences recently opened a new vacation home in Barbados, bring their total number of properties to ten. The 2,200 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo is at the Crane Resort on Crane Beach. The property has its own plunge pool and a larger pool, hot tub and beach access are located at the resort.

Crane Beach is on the Southeast coast of the island and 20 minutes from the nearest airport. The resort is also about 30 minutes from Bridgetown, the capital city of Barbados.

The new Barbados home opened for booking as of November 2nd for occupancy starting November 18th. The location looks fine but the house is definitely smaller than usual with only 2 bedrooms—most beach villas are 3-5 bedrooms and double the square footage. This size would be expected in city locations such as Paris or New York but it is unusually small for a beach property.
