I had the opportunity to stay at the Paris 3 bedroom apartment in July. It is situated on the exclusive island of Ile St Louis. It looks directly over the River Seine – plus you have views of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower from the lounge.
I hadn’t been to France for 15 years, so my French was rusty to say the least. The concierge service was a Godsend – organising picking me up from Charles de Gaulle, advising on great local restuarants and taking me to affordable antique stores I would never have found myself. She also served breakfast and after a day’s shopping, mixed a great gin & tonic!
Given the quality of the property and that all the ‘extras’ like limo pickup, food and wine are part of the membership, it stacks up as a really affordable luxury holiday club option.
