Seven Canyons Fractional Villas are one of the most beautiful and well appointed fractional ownership opportunities on the market today. I also was one of the early owners of the fractional Villas. I also own a Four Seasons Fractional Residence and a Fractional in San Francisco. I have stayed in Four Seasons Residence Clubs in Jackson Hole, Exuma Bahamas and Scottsdale. I have also looked at many of the other Ritz Fractionals both in Aspen and Bachelor Village. I have yet to find any fractional Villa program that can match Seven Canyons program for quality, beauty, service or price. Each of our stays in the Villas has wonderful and the dining is truly outstanding. The Villas are located on a very secluded property in Sedona Arizona that is totally surrounded by National Forest. The Villas and golf course have a very intimate feeling. The golf course has been described by Golf Week as one of the most visually overpowering courses found anywhere in the world, yet the golf course is extremely user friendly and it’s designer Tom Weiskopf considers it one of his finest achievements to date.
