We just returned from our family vacation at the LUSSO property in Miami. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the trip including the extraordinary service from our concierge, Benny. The property was amazing and Benny went out of his way to make sure that traveling and vacationing with two small kids was as easy as can be. When we arrived at the property the kids were greeted with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven. The refrigerator was also packed with food and drinks for the kids. Benny even went as far as purchasing toys for the kids to play with on the beach. The first night, all the kids could talk about was how great Benny was and how much they loved “Benny’s penthouse”. Benny called us every day to check in and see if we needed anything. He provided recommendations for perfect dinners and suggested and provided directions to the Seaquarium and Miami Metro Zoo (both of which the kids loved).

The property was a true gem. The open floor layout was perfect for kids or for entertaining. The ocean views were off the charts and provided a perfect spot to relax and to enjoy the sunrise (which we took advantage of every morning). We also enjoyed the pools and amenities at the adjoining Trump hotel. We had such a great vacation and would highly recommend this property.
