My family became members of Ultimate as a result of the Tanner & Haley bankruptcy. We got off to a great start in January in Deer Valley where we were upgraded to an Elite level property at no charge. We’ve been on one other flawless vacation since, also in Deer Valley (March).

The major difference with Ultimate is going to be the limit on the number of nights and the reduced guarantee of availability. On the other hand, that was part of what cause T&H to get into trouble, so we recognize why they need to do this. In all honesty, we could have ended up with something far worse coming out of T&H. So far, so good – we’re booked for Abaco this Christmas.

Too early to say really, although the website and online tools could certainly be upgraded to at least the level of T&H.
