Members will also receive access to a select collection of over 60 luxury hotels in dozens of major cities in the US, Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America and Central America.
The club is designed to provide individuals, families and corporate executives with generous access to an expanding portfolio of impeccably decorated and maintained private homes. All are luxurious havens in superlative locations and offer personalized concierge services and amenities similar to those of a country club or a five-star hotel.
For individual members, Ultimate Resort eliminates the burdens of owning a second home and the uncertainties of renting a home or villa on a case-by-case basis. For corporate members, Ultimate Resort is ideally suited for corporate reward or incentive programs for sales professionals, managers, key employees and clients.
The club structure limits the number of members, maintaining a low member-to-property ratio and purposely under-utilizing each property. As the club grows, Ultimate Resort will continue to add new homes to its portfolio. Members can enjoy more spacious and private residences than typical fractional properties without sacrificing the resort, concierge and housekeeping services offered by high-end fractional ownership clubs.
Ultimate Resort’s Member Services Team and Ultimate Concierges in each destination are on hand around the clock to assist members with every detail of their stay. All aspects are carefully planned in advance and may include dinner reservations, show tickets, chef services, spa appointments, ski passes or tee times at championship courses. When a member arrives, the vacation home is stocked with food, fine wines and other amenities based on preferences and requests.
Ultimate Resort was carefully developed to be more affordable than other luxury vacation travel options, while simultaneously offering equal or superior benefits (especially for anyone requiring multiple bedrooms for friends and family). Members of Ultimate Resort pay a one-time membership deposit and annual dues based on the amount of club use. Membership fees for club membership vary depending on the plan selected and include from 14 to 42 days of annual club use. Members have the flexibility to change plans from year to year, and extra days are available for an additional nightly fee.
